I have been working with individuals, couples and families for the last six years. I have treated individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. 

I trained at the Southern California Counseling Center and participated in an intensive trauma training program. At SCCC, I learned EMDR--a technique for processing trauma.

I also trained at an eating disorder center, conducting therapy groups on topics ranging from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Emotional Regulation, and Mindfulness.

Prior to my work as a therapist, I worked in the arts. I understand the pressures in trying to make a living as an artist while striving for life/work balance.

Yoga and meditation has also helped me learn to practice mindfulness in my life and in my work.
